"Hey there — we’re Tony and Alicia, the husband-and-wife team behind STOKD Kitchen."
We grew up on totally different sides of the country and met out in the Utah mountains, chasing adventure and good food. A few waves, a few road trips, and a whole lot of dreaming later, we landed on Florida’s Space Coast — a place that instantly felt like home.
Our days revolve around the ocean — surfing, cooking, exploring, and doing our part to keep the beaches clean and sea turtles safe. 🌊🐢
STOKD Kitchen was born from that blend of surf culture and smokehouse soul — a place where fresh beach bites meet BBQ roots.
Think hand-helds made for beach days, tacos and smash burgers kissed by the grill, and cold treats to beat the Florida heat.
We’ll also be serving up lighter, fresher options for those sunny days when you just want to refuel and get back in the water — veggie cups with hummus, fresh fruit cups, and sandwiches stacked with quality meats and crisp veggies.
Our sauces are light but full of flavor, crafted to complement the food — not cover it up. And because everyone deserves a good meal by the beach, we’ll have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available too.
We’re starting with a limited menu and small setup of beach chair and umbrella rentals, but our mission stays simple:
